EMU to host depression open forum tomorrow
An open forum on depression was announced last Thursday at Eastern Michigan University’s Police Chief O’Dell remembrance ceremony.
The forum, entitled “Mental Health First Aid: Understanding Depression,” will be held from 3-4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17 in Room 350 of The Student Center. Staff members from Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will be on hand to discuss the subject of depression. A brief overview will be followed by a question and answer period.
