Some of the best veg tex-mex I’ve ever had has been in Houston, Tx. Papassito’s and Ninfa’s were more than willing to accommodate and did so with much deliciousness. Even in BBQ places, just stick with the stuff that doesnt have meat, and you won’t starve.
